Candidati per la posizioneKey Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer sales orders from receipt to completion.
- Provide customer support via phone and email to both domestic and international clients.
- Contribute to shipment planning and coordinate order fulfillment activities.
- Prepare commercial and logistics documentation.
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support customer service processes in selected international markets.
- Collaborate with international company subsidiaries and branches.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Spanish or French will be considered a strong advantage.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational abilities and effective prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to develop in an international business environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration will be considered an advantag
