Junior Quality Specialist / Quality Specialist

We do not expect extensive experience in quality management. We are looking for individuals who enjoy analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and solving problems effectively.

- Analyze quality data and identify root causes of issues.
- Participate in corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze customer complaints and support the resolution of quality-related issues.
- Create and maintain quality documentation.
- Cooperate with Production, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor quality metrics and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Technical education or currently pursuing a degree in an engineering or other technical field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- English proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
- Previous experience in complaints management, customer service, technical support, manufacturing, or quality control will be an advantage.
